One of the greatest feelings is getting to go out and try a new board, but lack of money or friends who skate can put a damper on things. Being in this predicament, and wanting to try out some new styles of decks, we decided to start building our own!
As an art fiend, anthropology major and a Volkswagen enthusiast and parts junkie we had a totally different perspective coming into the whole board making process. With some advice from various 'fish members and our do-it-yourself mentality we finally decided to jump right in.
After making a new board for each of us we kind of just sat on 'em (literally) for a while. It wasn't until Devon's hours were cut and we had experimented with a new board shape that we decided to go all in and start a business.
Currently, were a two person crew working out of our garage in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
